There Are 2 Group of Myanmar Labor In Thailand
Group(1) - Labor MaTi in Thailand
Group(2) - Labor MOU System
Option 1- Group Mati : Recruitment of Myanmar Labor in Thailand.
This option is suitable for recruiting Myanmar laborers already present in Thailand. The process is relatively fast, allowing for quick workforce replenishment.
Option 2- Group MOU : Import Labor From Myanmar Via MOU System.
Processing the period importing labor from Myanmar according to MOU system will take 60-90 business days to take labor ready to work in Thailand. Depending on approvals of government in Myanmar. Usually, MOU labor system signed at least 2 years of contract.
Processing Period: Approximately 60–90 business days (subject to the approval progress of the Myanmar government).
Contract Duration: Typically a minimum of 2 years.
Labor Recruitment & Management
- Precise sourcing of skilled or general workers based on project requirements.
- Responsible for candidate screening, background verification, skills assessment, and onboarding orientation.
- Provision of on-site supervisors during the contract period to oversee work discipline, productivity, and quality standards.
Housing & Accommodation
- Provision of worker dormitories that meet Thai safety and hygiene standards, with regular maintenance and inspections.
- Assistance in arranging supporting services such as canteens, laundry, and cleaning (costs quoted separately upon request)
Transportation & Bus Services
- Arrangement of daily dedicated shuttle bus services between worksites and accommodation to ensure punctuality and safety.
- If cross-border ferry/logistics are required (e.g., from the Myanmar border to Thai worksites), corresponding coordination can be provided
Legal & Administrative Support
- Assistance in processing compliance documents such as work visas, permits, and tax registration.
- Provision of labor law consultation and assistance in handling employment disputes or workplace accident procedures.
- Regular reporting to the employer on workforce status to ensure transparent communication
